Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, clean, undamaged, and with tags attached.

Undergarments, reduced-price items, and worn, damaged, or soiled products cannot be returned. Items with make-up stains, perfume scent, sweat marks, or removed tags are also excluded.

Please contact us before returning your items. You will then receive all further information regarding the return. Please pack the items carefully to protect them during transport. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

No, shipping costs are not refunded. Only the value of the accepted returned items will be refunded.

After receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive the refund within 7-14 business days via the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to become visible.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or missing information, it can be resent at renewed shipping costs or canceled. Incurred costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
